This call is especially suitable if you’re early in your project management career or transitioning into the role.
It is designed to help you get clarity on your next steps as a project manager — and to see whether coaching is the right way to support that growth.
We’ll briefly look at where you are in your project management journey and what you’re currently struggling with (for example: applying theory in real projects, decision-making, or confidence in your role). I’ll also explain how my coaching works, what the sessions focus on, and what the investment looks like.
You’ll leave the call with a clear understanding of:
whether coaching is relevant for your situation,
how the sessions are structured and what they are meant to deliver,
and whether this fits your goals and expectations.
The strategy call is free, non-binding, and lasts about 30 minutes.
If you’re unable to attend, please cancel or reschedule the appointment up to 24 hours in advance. While this call is free of charge, missed appointments without notice take up time that could have been used to support another project manager.
