The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• “Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to ProjectMastery Coaching & Consulting.

• “Orders” means a request by You to purchase services from me.

• “Service” refers to the coaching services.

• “Website” refers to ProjectMastery Coaching & Consulting, accessible from projectmasterycoach.com

• “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Cancellation Rights

If you are a consumer (an individual purchasing for personal use), you have the right to withdraw from your agreement with ProjectMastery Coaching & Consulting within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason, provided that no coaching sessions have yet taken place.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email at info@projectmasterycoach.com within the 14-day period. We will confirm receipt and process your refund within 14 days of your cancellation.

Please note: If you have explicitly requested that coaching sessions begin within the 14-day withdrawal period, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is forfeited once the first session has taken place.

If you are purchasing on behalf of a business (B2B), the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply. Cancellation terms in that case are governed by the signed agreement or order confirmation.
